The incident began at around 11:15 p.m. Thursday, March 2, when troopers in Greene County attempted to stop Angelo Paradiso, of Palenville, for a traffic violation on the northbound Thruway near Catskill, according to state police. Man Faces Vehicular Manslaughter Charge After Rhinebeck Crash That Killed Woman, 20 State police have charged a 35-year-old man from the Albany area with manslaughter for a crash earlier this month that killed a Vermont woman. Robert J. Dancy of Worcester in Otsego County was charged at his hospital bed with felony vehicular manslaughter, and driving while intoxicated, said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks.
