The Board of Education announced that it is looking to sell property at the intersection of Buttonhook Road and Garey Drive for approximately $3.5 million. It is expected that once the land is sold off, it will be filled with high-end single-family homes. The district reportedly acquired the land more than four decades ago for approximately $125,000.
