LaGrange Man Menaces Victim With Shotgun, Police Say
DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A weeklong investigation led to the arrest of a Dutchess County man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly threatening another man with a shotgun. New York State Police troopers arrested LaGrange resident Carmine Carolei, Sr. on Thursday following an investigation that began into a domestic incident on Jan. 18. Troopers were dispatched to a Beaver Road residence in LaGrange on Jan. 18, following reports of menacing.
