Peekskill Drug Trafficker Gets 11-Year Sentence A drug trafficker who operated out of a Northern Westchester housing project for years has been sentenced to more than a decade behind bars. Edward Holliman has been sentenced to 135 months in prison for conspiring to distribute crack cocaine in Peekskill between 2013 and 2017 after pleading guilty on April 24. He must also forfeit $30,000 and will be subjected to five years of supervised release when he is released from prison.
