He was 29. Dutchess County native Patrick Ian Sullivan, of Poughkeepsie, died on Wednesday, July 6 at MidHudson Regional Hospital. Bicyclist Struck By Vehicle On Busy Area Roadway A bicyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle in the area. The crash took place at 3:20 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, in Rockland County on North Middletown Road, in Pearl River. A 76-year-old man from Haverstraw was riding his bike northbound on North Middletown Road and was crossing the Route 304 exit ramp when he was hit by a vehicle that was exiting the roadway at the ramp, according to Captain James Brown, of the Orangetown Police Department. Bicyclist Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Vehicle In Area A man riding a bike in the Hudson Valley was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle, authorities announced. The crash took place around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, in Rockland County near the area of Viola Road and Underwood Road in the hamlet of Viola, said the Ramapo Police. The bicyclist was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, police said. Roadways that were closed following the crash have since reopened. This is a developing story.
