Retired Officer, Former Athletics Director From Westchester Dies: 'Will Be Sorely Missed' A police department in Westchester is mourning the loss of one of its retired officers who committed himself to helping young athletes for decades.  The Eastchester Police Department announced the death of retired Officer Alex Bonci on Monday, July 22.
