Off-Duty Cop Admits To Putting Woman In Chokehold In Northern Westchester A 28-year-old police officer was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge after pleading guilty to harassment for putting a woman in a chokehold while off duty last year in Northern Westchester.  In addition to harassment, Trevor Goff of Yonkers also pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of breathing in connection with the June 16, 2017, episode in Pleasantville, according to the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
