"So scumbag # 2 in custody," Ball tweeted Friday after suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured. "Who wouldn't use torture on this punk to save more lives?”
Ball first appeared on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight where the conversation grew combative between Ball and the British talk show host over the legality and morality of torturing terror suspects, especially those that are American citizens such as Tsarnaev.
The state senator for District 40 found a more favorable audience in FOX News pundit Sean Hannity, who was more supportive of Ball' views on interrogation and gun control.
