Catalina chastised Maestri, saying she was unprepared to properly illustrate her claims that the city's finances are "structurally imbalanced," and said the public has a right to know, theexaminernews.com reported.

A proposed budget could result in an 11 percent tax increase for Peekskill residents next year, theexaminernews.com said.
