A longtime Westchester County resident and member of the family behind one of the Bronx’s most beloved bakeries has died.
Harrison resident Anthony J. Artuso Sr., the owner of Artuso Pastry Shop in the Bronx, died on Saturday, Feb. 28, at the age of 78, according to his obituary.
For decades, Artuso carried on his family’s legacy at the iconic 80-year-old bakery in Little Italy that has served generations of customers.
