PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- City officials are notifying residents that some roads in the city will be closed due to the 5K Run/Walk For Heroes Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to approximately Noon.
Washington Street and some of its ancillary roads will be closed sporadically during that time between Welcher Avenue and South Street to allow for the participating runners. Motorists may experience some delays and possible detours.
