Section of Peekskill's Carhart Avenue Closed

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A section of Carhart Avenue between Husted and Hamiton avenues will be closed for several hours Monday while Con Edison does maintenance work in that area, according to the Peekskill Office of Emergency Management.
