PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Power has been restored to nearly all of the approximately 1,900 Con Ed customers who were left without power Tuesday morning.
The outages were caused by downed wires at Bay Street and South Street that also resulted in a traffic light being out at Route 9A and Welcher Avenue.
