According to information obtained through a Freedom of Information Law request, Paul Coster — one of four guidance counselors accused of handing out credits to students for phony courses — was involved in “alleged acts of misconduct” between the 2007-08 and 2010-11 school years, LoHud.com reported.

In January, school officials said at least 34 seniors received credit for a “co-op” class that was discontinued years ago, LoHud.com reported. The high school’s social studies chairwoman, 53-year-old Allison Risoli of Peekskill, is facing criminal charges, accused of altering answers on Regents examinations at least two weeks after the reassignment of the guidance counselors, LoHud.com reported.
