PEEKSKILL, N.Y. Hannah M. Costable, 88, a lifelong Peekskill area resident, died March 28.
Costable graduated from Peekskill High School in 1941. On Oct. 19, 1947, she married John Costable, who predeceased her on July 19, 1998. Costable was a communicant of Church of the Assumption in Peekskill.
She is survived by her sons John (Beatrice) Costable, Jr., Stephen (Ruth) Costable and Paul Costable, six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Three brothers and two sisters predeceased her.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at E.O. Curry Funeral Home in Peekskill. The funeral mass will be offered at 10 a.m. on Monday Church of the Assumption, followed by interment in Assumption Cemetery in Cortlandt.
