Peekskill Taco Eatery Praised By New York Times

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- House margaritas with touches of agave syrup highlight the tequila and fresh white corn tortilla menu at Taco Dive Bar in Peekskill, according to a review in The New York Times.

The food is full of fresh tastes, notably the queso blanco and ground beef tacos, says the Times, but the new restaurant's tacos aren't super-sized meals. But the queso blanco, shredded romaine and sprinkles of pico de gallo make each bite delicious, says the times.

The smoked brisket taco earned praise for its contrast between hearty meat and pickled vegetables, according to the New York Times
