Friday, March 15

The Mike Clark Blues Trio:  8 p.m. Mike Clark gained worldwide recognition as one of America's foremost jazz and funk drummers while playing with Herbie Hancock and the Headhunters. He has an international cult following and performs extensively in the U.S., Europe, Asia and at major jazz festivals around the world. Admission is $10. BeanRunner Cafe, 201 S. Division St. Peekskill.

The Hahnbone Band: 9:30 p.m. World-class musicians perform crowd-pleasing renditions from Otis Redding, Joe Cocker, Teddy Pendergrass, Stevie Wonder & Ray Charles and bands like Santana, Steely Dan, Cream and Allman Brothers. Admission is a $10 entertainment fee or $5 with a dinner entree. 12 Grapes, 12 N. Division St., Peekskill.

Saturday, March 16

Field Notes Book Club: 1:30 p.m. The adult book club will discuss the book "The Devotion of Suspect X" by Keigo Higashino. Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave., Peekskill.

Lisa Gutkin: 7:30 p.m. Grammy award winning fiddler/composer/singer/ songwriter Lisa Gutkin founded the Downtown Celtic group, Whirligig, and is a member of the world-renowned superstars of the Klezmer world, The Klezmatics. Admission is $10. BeanRunner Cafe, 201 S. Division St. Peekskill.

Patrick Murphy McDowell: 9:30 p.m. The band performs crowd-pleasing covers as well as originals written by JP. "Harley Girl", "Shy Of Indigo", "You Better Lay Low" and "Gin Drinkin' Woman" have been receiving rave reviews. Admission is a $10 entertainment fee or $5 with a dinner entree. 12 Grapes, 12 N. Sunday, March 17

Kegs 'N Eggs: 7 a.m. The annual St. Patrick's Day Event features dining specials and live Irish music starting at 9a.m. and live music again at 9 p.m. Breakfast begins at 7 a.m. Peekskill Brewery, 47 South Water St.

Kids Open Mic Night: Open Mic Night is a showcase for talented musicians and singers age 17 and under. Kids can  bring a guitar, bass, sax, flute or whatever instrument they play. The venue has a drum kit, keyboard, guitar and microphones. Sign up begins at 5:15 p.m. Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is free. 12 Grapes, 12 N. Division St., Peekskill.

Zerena: 3 p.m. Zerena is a country/pop songwriter, singer and acoustic guitar player who has delighted crowds in New York, New Jersey and Nashville with her storytelling melodies. Admission is free. BeanRunner Cafe, 201 S. Division St. Peekskill.
