Hudson Valley Gateway Experience: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The biggest consumer event in the area returns with plenty of vendor exhibits, presentations and special guests. The Mansion at Colonial Terrace, 119 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor.
Latin/Brazillian Jazz with Annette A Aguilar and the StringBean Quartet: 7:30 p.m. Annette A. Aguilar has toured internationally and shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, The Grateful Dead, Darlene Love, Jefferson airplane, The Four Tops, Tito Puente, Dave Valentine, Ray Brown, and Mose Allison, among others. Peekskill Community Garden Spring Opening: 2 to 4 p.m. The garden will be open for volunteers and for plot purchasing. The garden is located on Route 6 at the base of Forest View diagonally across from the First Hebrew Congregation in Peekskill.
Hendrick Hudson Lions Easter Egg Hunt: 2 p.m. Children are divided into age categories. For everyone’s safety, parents are not permitted to assist children over the age of 3. The hunt takes place on the great lawn in front of Hendrick Hudson High School. If the weather is bad, it will be relocated to the dome. 2166 Albany Post Road, Montrose.
