The Eagle Saloon, which had its soft opening pre-Thanksgiving, is celebrating its grand opening Friday, Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. complete with its full menu, drinks, live music and more.
The Saloon describes itself on its website as a Western/Southern style saloon with "the longest bar in Westchester." (It's 42-feet). It also features a private balcony with accommodations for up to 35 people. The balcony overlooks the entire restaurant with a private entrance and is available for rent/private parties.
Live music is a big part of the saloon's mission with a decor that reflects that. On the wall: signed guitars by Willie Nelson, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart, John Oliver, Earl Slick, Jim Gaffigan and Clint Black.
The restaurant is owned by the Hudson Hospitality Group, the same group behind The Hudson Room, Taco Dive Bar and Buns-N-Bourbon.
The Eagle Saloon is at 21 S. Division St., 914-788-8800, www.eaglesaloon.com/.
