The man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a stop in the town of Ulster on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Chief Kyle S. Berardi of the Ulster Police, Kyle Godin age 32 of the city of Dunkirk in Chautauqua County, was stopped around 1:43 a.m. on Washington Avenue for a routine traffic infraction. Impaired Hudson Valley Woman Bites Trooper During Assault, Police Say A woman who was high on drugs assaulted a state trooper and damaged his police vehicle during an arrest, New York State Police said. Troopers in Ulster County first made contact with the woman at around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 9, after witnessing her violate traffic laws on Washington Avenue in the town of Ulster, police said. New Windsor Man Caught With Drugs After Traffic Stop A New Windsor man was busted for possession of a controlled substance after being stopped for a traffic violation.Gean L. Pittman, 38, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 15, on Washington Avenue after officers found he was in possession of two separate controlled substances, the town of Ulster Police said in a press release.  Pittman was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and for not wearing a seatbelt.  He was processed and released.
