Arlyn Jowany Carrasco Cruz, 28, will have to serve just about all of the sentence because there is no parole in the federal prison system. Hackensack Man Charged With Threatening To 'Murder' Police In 19+ Towns HACKENSACK, N.J. -- A private building custodian from Hackensack called no fewer than 19 municipal police departments threatening to "murder" officers, said authorities who arrested him. Angel Sariol, 45, was being held in the Bergen County Jail, charged with making terroristic threats and causing a false public alarm.
