Highland Falls Man Sentenced To Five Years For Cocaine Possession A Highland Falls man was sentenced to five years in prison on Monday for possession of cocaine, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.  Rakeem Whatley, 42, was also sentenced to three years post-release supervision after pleading guilty in December to criminal possession of a controlled substance for having 3.7 grams of cocaine, said the DA's Office, At the time that Whatley pled guilty, he admitted that on March 31, 2017, he knowingly possessed the cocaine at his apartment at 467 Main Street, in the Village of Highland Falls, the DA's Office said.  The cocaine was dis…
