Pearl River Motorist Charged With DWI In Westchester Stop Nearly two dozen area motorists were among those busted by State and local law enforcement agencies have made a concerted effort to curtail impaired drivers in the Hudson Valley as part of a drinking and driving crackdown throughout the state.
