Road Rage: Man Points Gun At Other Driver On Parkway In Hudson Valley, Police Say A 30-year-old man faces charges after an alleged road-rage incident involving him pulling a gun on another driver while traveling on a busy parkway in Westchester, police said.  On Tuesday morning, June 13, New York State Police arrested 30-year-old Valhalla resident Richard Zimmer on charges stemming from an alleged incident that happened on Thursday evening, May 11.  According to police, on the day of the incident, troopers had received a menacing complaint involving two vehicles traveling north on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh.  The complaint detailed that the vi…
