The incident took place in Rockland County between 7:15 a.m. and 7:40 a.m., on Thursday, Sept. 22 in Ramapo in the area of North Airmont Road and Spook Rock Road. According to the Ramapo Police, a man with a beard, wearing yellow clothing, and driving a gray 4-door sedan approached an 11-year-old student waiting for her school bus.  It is alleged that the driver told the child that he knew her mother and that she asked him to drive her to school. ID Released For Man Killed In Route 202 Crash In Rockland A 54-year-old man has been identified as the person killed in a three-vehicle crash crash near Spook Rock Road, Ramapo police said. Randell Adams of Pomona was killed around 7:25 a.m., Wednesday, April 3, near Spook Rock Road, Ramapo Police Sgt. Blaine Howell said. All three drivers taken to local hospitals by Springhill and Ramapo Valley Ambulance, where Adams was pronounced dead, police said. Video: Watch Dramatic Swan Rescue In Rockland Officers from the Ramapo Police Department made a special save on Sunday night, helping to rescue a swan that required some assistance after sustaining an injury to its leg. In the video, volunteers can be seen capturing the injured swan on Spook Rock Road before helping the bird into a cage. The swan was then transported to a rehabilitation farm, where it will be treated by experts for a broken leg. Police said that it appears the swan may have been struck by a car, sustaining the broken leg. The department worked with local wildlife experts to capture the swan and get it to the veterinari…
