Area residents charged include: Orange County On Friday, Feb. 15, State Police troopers from Middletown arrested Lori Hurst, 43 of Middletown, for DWAI Drugs. Three Rockland County Residents Nabbed For DWI A total of 22 Hudson Valley motorists were among those busted by State and local law enforcement agencies have made a concerted effort to curtail impaired drivers in the Hudson Valley as part of a drinking and driving crackdown throughout the state.
