Man Nabbed For Car Break-Ins In Rockland A thief who allegedly stole items from numerous vehicles in Haverstraw has been arrested. Haverstraw police said the larcenies from vehicles occurred overnight Sunday into early Monday in the Rosman Road/Gleason Drive area. Police announced on Facebook they had arrested a man in connection with the larcenies but did not provide his name.
