This week, the Ramapo Police Department and Rockland County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children conducted a compliance check of area businesses, using undercover operatives under the age of 21 to purchase booze without proper ID. Three Rockland County Businesses Caught Selling Alcohol To Underage Buyer Three Rockland County businesses were busted for selling liquor to an underage undercover agent during an operation by the Ramapo Police Department. The operation was conducted in conjunction with the Rockland County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children to help cut down on the number of businesses that sell to minors. During the operation, an undercover agent under 21 years old, attempted to purchase alcohol from businesses throughout the town without providing identification, the Ramapo Police said.
