New details have emerged after a 19-year-old was charged with repeatedly raping a minor in both the Hudson Valley and at the Jersey Shore, authorities said. A would-be jihadist from the Jersey Shore who planned to build and detonate a "Boston Marathon-style" pressure-cooker bomb in Manhattan for ISIS was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison on Friday. A camp director in Westchester is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager. William O’Neill, a resident of Jackson, New Jersey, was arrested this week for allegedly abusing his teenage victim, who is between the ages of 13 and 16, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced.
