Former Ramapo Supervisor Set To Be Released From Federal Prison System Former Ramapo Town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence is due to be released after having been in the federal prison system for more than two years. St. Lawrence, 69, was convicted of 20 counts of securities fraud and conspiracy on May 19, 2017, following a four-week trial in federal court in White Plains.  His release is scheduled for Friday, May 1. St. Lawrence Due To Start Prison Term After two months getting his affairs in order, convicted former Ramapo town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence will begin life in a federal prison on Thursday. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern District, Thursday is the official start date of his 2 1/2 years in prison for securities and wire fraud and conspiracy.
