Wanted Level 3 Sex Offender Nabbed In Region A level three sex offender wanted in Atlanta for failing to register an address change was nabbed by police in the region searching for a missing person. On Monday, Sullivan County deputies were on High Street in Monticello conducting interviews in regard to a missing person investigation when they encountered Ricky W.
