Hudson Valley 3D Printer Ghost Gun Maker Sentenced To Prison A Hudson Valley man who admitted making ghost guns using a 3D printer has been sentenced to prison. Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 22, of Port Jervis, was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 30 to 10 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision in relation to his guilty plea of criminal possession of a weapon. 21-Year-Old Caught Printing Pistols In Orange County, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been accused of allegedly printing ghost guns using a 3-D printer after being charged with possession of a loaded firearm.  Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 21, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Saturday, March 25, following a foot chase by police on Front Street by Port Jervis Police. When arrested, McCagg was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.  An investigation revealed that McCagg had created the pistol inside his Prospect Street residence using a 3-D printer, Worden said. Teens Charged In Knifepoint Orange County Robbery Two 18-year-olds were busted for an armed robbery following an investigation by the Port Jervis Police. Darryl Minor of Middletown and Tishawn Woods of Newburgh were arrested Tuesday, Sept. 11 by Port Jervis Police for the robbery which took place on Aug. 18, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
