Monroe Teen Accused Of Holding 4 Y/O At Knifepoint In Robbery Pleads Guilty A Monroe teen who held a child at knifepoint in order to get the keys to a car, pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
