According to the Orange County Department of Health, an infected resident visited several sites in Middletown beginning on Wednesday, March 18 through and Friday, March 20. Local residents charged include:  Orange County On March 15, State Police troopers from Monroe arrested Hugh Byrne, 22 of Chester, for DWAI Drugs. Troopers responded to a vehicle traveling the wrong way on State Route 17 in Blooming Grove. Troopers located the vehicle off the road and stuck in the mud. Four Rockland, Orange Motorists Face DWI Charges With State Police continuing to crack down on impaired drivers, four Hudson Valley motorists were among six busted for drinking and driving this week. On Tuesday, state police troopers in Haverstraw stopped New City resident Miriam Wolfson, 55, on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Stony Point when she committed a vehicle and traffic law violation.
