Area Man Sentenced For Firing Illegally Possessed Gun In The AIr A Hudson Valley man has been sentenced to 13 years in state prison for firing a pistol in the air during a street fight. Antonio Harriott, 27, of Newburgh, was sentenced by Orange County Court Judge William L. DeProspo to the 13 years in addition to five years post-release supervision after being found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon by a jury, according to Orange County District Attorney David M.
