ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A traffic light at the intersection of Veterans Memorial Drive and Blue Hill Road in Pearl River is out of commission, Orangetown police said Friday.

The light may be down for several days and police were asking motorists to avoid the intersection and to be prepared for traffic delays.
