The first arrest occurred Wednesday when officers responded to a call from a cellular store in Pearl River where someone was attempting to purchase several smart phones using forged documents, police said.
Terry Degrafinreld, 38, of Long Island was accused of using forged documents to identify himself at the store, an additional forged document was found in his rental car, police said. He was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forge instruments; second-degree criminal impersonation, and fourth-degree attempted grand larceny.
He was taken to the Rockland County Jail and will appear in court on Monday.
The second arrest occurred in Nyack when a 19-year-old Spring Valley man was having a dispute with the mother of his children on Wednesday, that escalated to the point where he prevented her from calling police, said police.
The unidentified man from Nyack, was charged with third-degree robbery and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is being held on $1,000 bail and will appear in court on Tuesday in Nyack.
The final arrest happened on Thursday, when officers charged Patricia Scully, 49, of Pearl River, on a charge of driving while intoxicated after officers responded to a car accident in Pearl River, police said.
According to police, Scully failed numerous sobriety test and a breathalyzer test. She was released on bail and ordered to appear in court on Jan. 13 in Orangetown.
