Nyack Man Faces DWI Charges

NYACK, N.Y. -- A Nyack man, pulled over on a traffic violation, now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, Orangetown police said.

Robert J. Diorio, 24, was stopped on First Avenue in Nyack around 3:26 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22, police said.

Police said Diorio failed a field sobriety test and a breath test.

He is to appear in court on Tuesday, March 8.
