Michael Ubriaco, 28, was passed out and "unresponsive" in his car early Sunday, Feb. 7, at the intersection of Crooked Hill and North Middletown roads, police said.
The officer who found Ubriaco administered Narcan, a medicine which counteracts the effects of opioid drugs, police said.
Ubriaco was revived and taken to Nyack Hospital where he was treated and released into the care of a family member, police said.
He is to appear in Orangetown Court on Tuesday, Feb. 16, police said.
