NYACK, N.Y. --A Nanuet man accused of urinating on a public street early Saturday in Nyack was then charged with drug possession, according to the Orangetown Police Department.
Thomas McLoughlin, 28, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. after he was observed by police allegedly urinating in public on Artopee Way in Nyack, the report said.
He was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine and a quantity of concentrated cannabis, according to police.
McLoughlin was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and charged with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and urinating in public, a violation, said police.
He was released on bail and is due back in Nyack Justice Court on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
