Police received a report of a group of four people that had entered the closed property on Western Highway at approximately 11 a.m. on Saturday morning. Upon arrival, officers said that they found the group on the grounds, inside a fenced area that had posted “No Trespassing” signs.

Police said that the four men - Glen Rock, Pa. resident Anthanasios Serdenes, 24, Philadelphia resident Alexander Dunston, 30, and two teenagers, 19, also from Philadelphia - did not have permission or authorization to be on the property, leading to their arrest.

Each of the four was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Following arraignment, bail was posted and the four are due back in the Orangetown Justice Court next month to answer the charges.
