“Superstorm Sandy has been a nightmare for the people of New Jersey and for the residents of Bergen County,” Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino said.

“We are still living in the wake of this terrible storm and my sincere thoughts and prayers go out to all people affected,” he said.

The moratorium also includes the Blauvelt Mansion property: Saudino had scheduled a mortgage sale for tomorrow.

The $1,914,275.37 payment, with 20% down at purchase, includes the mansion and its property.
