27-Year-Old Man Arrested After Smashing Cell Phone During Domestic Dispute, Police Say

A 27-year-old man was arrested after allegedly taking another person's cell phone and smashing it on the ground during a domestic dispute in Ulster County.

Joshua Bell, of the village of Saugerties, was charged with criminal mischief following the event that took place on Thursday, Oct. 31, on West Bridge Street, Saugerties Chief of Police Joseph Sinagra said.

Bell was processed and released on his own recognizance after the court issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim
