Bill Allows Owners With Dogs Outside Some Restaurants
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill called "Dining with Dogs" that will allow patrons to be accompanied by their dogs when dining in exterior areas of restaurants providing the establishment makes sure food, utensils or equipment do not become contaminated, according to lohud.com
Some restaurants in New York can allow dogs to dine outside with their owners.
