Doctors and staff will celebrate the office's grand opening on Saturday Sept. 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Rockland County executive Ed Day, Clarkstown supervisor George Hoehmann and representatives of the Rockland Business Association in attendance
