Teen Charged With Shooting 20-Year-Old In Area A 17-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man in the area. The incident took place around 8:36 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, when Dutchess County Sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call on Clay Hill Road in the Village of Tivoli, said authorities. Arriving deputies found a 20-year old male resident from Red Hook with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, Dutchess County Sheriff's Lt. Shawn Castano said.
