Sex Offender Convicted Of Raping Teen Reports Move To Poughkeepsie
A registered sex offender convicted of raping a teenage girl has reported an address change in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 55-year-old Shane Bower, who has moved from Route 44 in Pleasant Valley to a residence on Academy Street in Poughkeepsie.
