There, police found a 22-year-old man outside the store heavily bleeding from two stab wounds, Carmel Police said.  Authorities realized that a fight had broken out inside the store, resulting in the victim being stabbed in the chest and back. Man Stabbed In Neck At Westchester County Restaurant: Police A 38-year-old man was stabbed in the neck at a restaurant in Westchester County, police said.  On Monday, Oct. 24 at around 9:30 p.m., police in New Rochelle responded to the 300 block of North Avenue, authorities said.  When they arrived, police found an employee of the restaurant with a serious cut across his neck, and found out that the suspect had left the scene in a taxicab, according to police.  Police were then able to locate and arrest the suspect in the taxicab at the corner of North Avenue and The Boulevard, authorities said.  Police said that the suspect is …

The Putnam County Sheriff's Department reported on Wednesday, Sept. 9 that Jose Tapia, 45, has a warrant in his name for the felonies of first-degree rape and first-degree criminal contempt. That's in addition to the misdemeanors of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.  Tapia's last known place of residence was in Peekskill.  Tapia has back hair and brown eyes, weighs 225 pounds and stands at 5-foot-10.
