Accused Dealer Caught With 50 Decks Of Heroin In Drug Raid, Police Say A 47-year-old accused drug dealer is behind bars after state police say they found 50 decks of heroin during a raid in the area. An investigation conducted by Troop K  Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET) led to the issuance of a search warrant granted by the town of Dover Court for a basement apartment on Mill Street in the town of Dover.  Execution of the warrant on Friday, April 26 found Brian K.
