Stolen Handgun, Drugs Seized From Man Going 84 MPH On I-84, Police Say Connecticut State Police troopers recovered a stolen handgun and busted a man in possession of crack cocaine and other drugs during a speeding stop on I-84. Troopers conducting an enforcement detail on I-84 near exit 66 in Vernon stopped a vehicle when it was clocked going 84 mph on the interstate.
